Alameda was born in Barcelona in 2020, after years spent inside the fast fashion industry. What started as a personal project became a way of creating clothing differently — more consciously, more slowly, and with greater respect for the people and materials behind each garment.

My name is Isabel and I'm the designer behind Alameda. After a decade working in an industry driven by constant consumption, I felt the need to step away and build something closer to my own values: a space where design, quality, and responsibility could coexist naturally.

At Alameda, we create timeless clothing in small, limited editions using carefully sourced deadstock fabrics. Every material we work with already exists — forgotten rolls, surplus textiles, leftover fabrics with a second life waiting to happen. By transforming them into new garments, we reduce waste while ensuring every collection remains unique.

Everything is designed and produced locally in Barcelona, working closely with small workshops and trusted suppliers. Keeping production close to home allows us to support fair working conditions, reduce unnecessary environmental impact, and stay connected to every step of the process.

We don’t believe in trends or overproduction. We believe in thoughtful pieces made to last — clothing designed to be worn often, kept for years, and chosen with intention.

Alameda is for people who value simplicity, conscious living, and buying less, but better.
