We always hope that you love the items you bought from us, however if for whatever reason you want to return your Alameda items, all the information you need is below:

If you wish to return your order, you please email us on hola@alameda-brand.com within 14 days of receiving the items (or within 14 days of the order being available for pick-up). If the order is returned to us after 14 days because it was not picked up, it will be considered out of time and a refund will not be issued.

Alameda will provide a return label sent to your email address. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund (see shipping tab). You are also responsible for any customs fees incurred by Alameda Brand upon receipt of the returned items.

Customs charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs paid to customs agencies cannot be refunded.

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Outside of this return period, returns will not be accepted.

We do not refund the original postage. If you choose to return an item, we will charge a restocking/re-shipping fee equal to twice the original shipping cost to cover both return postage and restocking expenses.

If no shipping cost was applied at the time of purchase, the fee will be: 4 euros for Spain, 10 euros for Europe and UK, and 14 euros for the rest of the world.

If a package is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable at the delivery address or failed to collect it from the pickup point within the carrier’s time limit, all shipping and return costs (and any applicable taxes) will be charged to the customer, along with a €20 penalty fee.

All items returned must be in an unworn condition with all tags and labels attached. items returned with marks or damage will not be accepted. Any custom charges will be deducted from the refund.

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed from the time that they arrive at our warehouse.
